Liked the hotel and the staff was excellent
Location was great. Close to Duomo and shopping district. A bit noisy because of the public transportation, but doable
The room we were in was great (9th floor with a balcony). Not big but very comfortable. Seems that it was remodeled not too long ago

Enjoyable for a mini break in Milan and in a good position.
Breakfast was very good and the waiter was super quick to turn over the tables so we only waited a short time. The double room was minuscule but well appointed. Good location as we could walk to all the popular sites
Noise from the streets and the trams. To be fair they did supply one set of earplugs!
